Processing & Shipping Time

Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for your order to be processed, prepared, and shipped.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Because many of our products are custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order, additional preparation time may occasionally be required. Processing time begins after your order has been placed, payment has been successfully received, and all required customization information has been submitted.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available. Please allow time for the shipping carrier to update the tracking status after your package has been accepted.

Shipping carrier transit times are separate from our processing time and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Delays

ButterFli Luxe Creationz is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an inaccurate or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ButterFli Luxe Creationz is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery concerns or file a claim when applicable.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized products require special care and preparation. Please review all names, dates, colors, sizes, photos, and customization details carefully before submitting your order.
