Purchase of a physical or digital product does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying design, artwork, copyright, or other intellectual property rights.
Custom & Personalized Products
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all information submitted for customized orders, including:
- Names
- Dates
- Spelling
- Photos
- Sizes
- Colors
- Wording
- Measurements
- Design selections
- Other personalization details
ButterFli Luxe Creationz is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted or approved by the customer.
Once production has begun on a customized or personalized product, changes may not be possible.
Customer-Supplied Images & Content
By submitting photographs, logos, graphics, wording, artwork, trademarks, or other materials for use in a custom product, the customer represents that they own the material or have permission or legal authority to use it.
The customer assumes responsibility for obtaining any necessary permissions, licenses, or authorizations.
ButterFli Luxe Creationz reserves the right to refuse any order containing material that may infringe upon intellectual property rights or otherwise violate applicable law.
Inspired & Themed Designs
Certain products may contain independently created artwork inspired by popular themes, styles, colors, sports, characters, organizations, or cultural references.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, ButterFli Luxe Creationz is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially licensed by any third-party company, brand, sports organization, entertainment company, character owner, trademark holder, or other rights holder.
All third-party trademarks, logos, characters, names, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Handmade & Custom Product Variations
Many products sold by ButterFli Luxe Creationz are handmade, custom-made, personalized, printed, crafted, or produced individually.
Minor variations in:
- Color
- Placement
- Texture
- Size
- Finish
- Printing
- Materials
- 3D-print layer appearance
may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.
Colors displayed on phones, tablets, computer screens, or digital proofs may also vary slightly from the final physical product.
3D-Printed Products
3D-printed products may contain visible layer lines, seams, slight surface variations, or other characteristics associated with additive manufacturing.
Unless specifically identified as such, 3D-printed products are not intended to be used as medical devices, protective equipment, food-contact products, toys for young children, or safety-critical components.
Customers are responsible for using products only for their intended purpose.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, digital downloads and electronically delivered files are generally considered final once access to the file has been provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Digital files may not be reproduced, redistributed, shared, uploaded to file-sharing websites, resold, or commercially distributed unless the applicable product listing specifically grants those rights.
Product Use
Customers are responsible for following all care instructions and using products appropriately.
ButterFli Luxe Creationz is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, failure to follow care instructions, or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not intended.
Third-Party Shipping & Services
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's operations, procedures, and service conditions.
ButterFli Luxe Creationz is not responsible for circumstances outside of its reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather events, service interruptions, incorrectly submitted addresses, theft after delivery, or other shipping-related circumstances.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ButterFli Luxe Creationz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the purchase, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use our products or services.
